We currently supply childcare workers to schools and Sure Start Centres in and around the Manchester, Rochdale and Bury areas. The positions are varied and temporary making it a great way to gain new skills and experiences from different settings. Most students that have completed a level 2 or 3 course come and work with us temporarily over the summer period to build on the existing skills they have learnt through placement.

What qualifications or training do I need?

We welcome people who have the commitment and motivation to work within the childcare field and those that have gained a level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare. Any supplementary training, for example, food hygiene or first aid would help your application. An enhanced CRB check is carried out on all childcare applicants once a position has been secured.

What does it cost to join?

The services we offer are free of charge if you’re are selected to join the agency. The only cost involved is a £50.00 payment for an Enhanced CRB Check. This is legally required for anyone working in and around sections in society deemed as vulnerable i.e children, elderly or people with disabilities. We deduct £25.00 from the first two weekly payments to cover the costs of this.
